Behind every dog bandana, embroidered apparel, and women’s boutique clothing item is our small team of five. All of our dog bandanas are made in our small warehouse in Marietta, GA. Every bandana is individually cut, sewn, and personalized just for your dog. Every embroidered item is individually designed, stitched, and cleaned just for you.
At Tails Up, Pup, we’ve created a team that is dedicated to making you & your dog’s lives happier and your relationships stronger through our thoughtfully handmade items. And the best part? We genuinely love being a part of you & your pup’s daily lives.

Nick- Head Of Fabric Slicing, Master Of Coin, & Hand Of The Queen (Co-Owner)
Nick starts off the life of a handmade dog bandana. He individually cuts every bandana from a sheet of fabric to create your dog’s stylish new bandana. Then, he cuts, flips, and presses each one to ensure they are ready to be worn by your furry friend. When Nick isn’t making dog bandanas, he is taking care of all of the small day-to-day tasks it takes to run a small business. As a Co-Owner, Nick helps in managing Tails Up, Pup’s finances and strategizing with team members to produce annual/monthly growth within the company. Nick’s favorite part about his job is seeing customer photos with our handmade products and working with our close-knit team. In Nick’s free time, he enjoys reading and hiking.
Danielle- Head of Bandana Personalization & Content Creation (Co-Owner)
Dani is typically found in the bandana personalization room and on your Instagram stories. She is in charge of creating the names to go on our handmade dog bandana’s. Dani loves to see all of the orders move through our warehouse and ship to customers. She also enjoys seeing the unique dog names. Dani is a Co-Owner and the creator of Tails Up, Pup. The idea came to her when she was looking to buy dog bandanas for her two dogs, Hollie and Gracie. Tails Up, Pup has since blossomed into a dog mom shop. As the creator, she helps in making all of our social media content. Her favorite part about her job is meeting people through social media, making friends, and creating relationships within the dog mom community. In Dani’s spare time, she enjoys snuggling with Gracie & Hollie, exercising, and building Legos.
Lauren- Head Of Embroidery & Master Of Numbers
Lauren takes care of everything embroidery for Tails Up, Pup. She creates the designs, runs three embroidery machines, and ensures items are cleaned up and ready to ship to customers. Lauren has 20 years of experience as a seamstress. Her vast experience has helped with making over 6,500 embroidered items in the past year. Lauren loves to make custom orders for our dog mom community. Her favorite part is re-creating customer’s dogs for embroidered designs and seeing dog moms in their new sweatshirts. When she isn’t embroidering, you can find Lauren creating important data summaries for the company and crunching numbers to help with overall business growth. Lauren’s favorite things to do outside work are hanging out with her cats, watching reality TV, and crocheting.
Ensley- Head Of Women’s Clothing & Marketing & Communications
Ensley is in charge of all things fashion at Tails Up, Pup. She helps with buying women’s boutique clothing, planning photoshoots, creating new arrivals launches, and managing inventory for the company. Ensley also handles everything Marketing and Communications for Tails Up, Pup. She is in charge of email Marketing and serves as the Customer Service Specialist for the company. Ensley’s favorite part about her job is being a part of the dog mom community. She loves to talk with customers and help them spoil their pups and themselves. Outside of work Ensley enjoys reading, binging a Netflix series, and spending time with family.
Keelan- Master Seamstress
Keelan is our speedy seamstress that sews all of our dog bandana orders. He originally started with the company through an apprenticeship program in high school. Now, as a college student, Keelan helps ensure dog bandana orders get made daily. You will typically find Keelan at the sewing machine, but he occasionally helps with other day-to-day tasks like product inspection and warehouse organization.
Gracie- Chief Barketing Officer & Professional Treat Inspector
Gracie is the furry face behind our dog mom brand. She is the Golden Retriever model for the company and models all of our handmade dog bandanas. On a typical day, you will find Grace following around her mom, Dani, and searching for food in the office. Gracie’s favorite part about her job is coming to work with her parents and all the delicious treats she gets while on the clock. In Gracie’s spare time, she enjoys snuggling with her mom, having her snoot chopped off, and playing fetch with her sister Hollie.
Hollie- Tails Up, Pup Branch Manager & Official Toy Tester
Hollie brings all of the energy to Tails Up, Pup. She is often behind the scenes but will occasionally show face during her naps on the office couch and her courageous climbs on top of office furniture. On a typical day, you can find Hollie snooping around the office for toys and bothering employees to throw her toys. Hollie’s favorite part about her job is getting to work with humans who play fetch with her and having access to an infinite amount of toys. In Hollie’s spare time, she enjoys playing fetch outside, chasing chipmunks, and standing on top of the patio furniture.
