Bandana Options!
- Slip- On: This bandana has the same pattern on both the back and the front of the bandana and can be worn by slipping your dog's collar through the opening between the back and front of the bandana, then clipping the collar around your pup's neck. Slip-ons require a collar and cannot be tied around your dog's neck.
- Tie-On: This bandana has a patterned front side and a coordinating solid-colored back side and should be tied loosely around your pup's neck. The bandana is not too tight if you can place two fingers between the bandana and your dog's neck and easily slide them back and forth.

Billing
All TUPscribers will have their subscription bill date on the 1st of every month. You will be charged on the day of your sign-up, but every bill date after will take place on the 1st of each month. Sign up for subscription boxes are available the 1st-12th of each month. After that date, you can sign up to be notified when the sign-up is reopened.
Shipping
All subscription boxes will ship on the 1st of every month. If you sign up on the 1st of that month, your first box will not ship until the following month. Free Shipping applies to the lower 48, charges will apply for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
Cancellation
This is a monthly subscription box. You may only receive your free box if you are subscribed. Cancellation requests must be submitted 30 days before your bill date.
Your dog's weight is the best predictor of their bandana size. We recommend starting there but if you are still unsure take a look at our measurements.

Bandanas are handmade so there may be slight variation in sizing. This is simply a guide and may not be the perfect fit for every dog.

Slip On Measurements - Our slip-on bandanas are by their nature size fluid because they slip through your dog's collar but see the chart for our recommended neck sizes.
